Escape from Suburbia! Peak Oil Loometh!

Here are some folks who are trying to spread the word via a new documentary, though without Al Gore’s name recognition. Check out the ESCAPE FROM SUBURBIA SITE for more information and to support what they’re trying to do. Heck, if you’re going to go apeshit over Gore’s film, you really should pay attention to the “little people” as well. They just may have more to say than you’d think. From the site’s home page:

    It’s easy to criticize things via comments. Detractors most always outnumber supporters. You know, I’m betting it was the Oil Drum blurb that led my friend Larry of Entermodal (www.entermodal.com) to alert me about your documentary. I, too, scan OD but not as religiously as I don’t have time to read the epic releases sometimes found on their pages.

    You should team up with Sam Green who directed ‘The Weather Underground.’ He’s working on something right up your alley but I’m not certain I can talk about it or not . . .if you need contact info, hit me up via email (about me).
