Even if we feel discouraged, I'm noticing that the public is paying more attention to the egregious acts of Bush and Ca (that's short for "cabal"). Though attention is currently focused on the possiblity of impeachment, contempt proceedings, etc., I think the increased awareness of the public will spill over to the environment.</p> <p>A friend send me the July 24 post from Monbiot's blog, "Eco-Junk." This information is so important, and we need to be reminded of what’s in the future, even if not very many of us care enough to make life-style changes at this point.
